
Nether Barr self catering facilities
Each lodge has been individually designed to enhance the natural charm of the buildings. Linen (except for cots) and towels are provided.
- The living areas are open plan incorporating lounge/dining area and fitted kitchen.
- The kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washer / dryer.
- The bathrooms have shaver points, showers and baths.
- The lounge areas have CD players, DVD players and televisions. We can also provide additional Z-beds in the larger lodges if required.

This popular Lodge has two large picture windows enjoying uninterrupted views to the East and South.
The downstairs of the Bothy has a large open plan living/dining area with fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom upstairs is large enough to be used as as a family room with the addition of Z-beds.
Our largest Lodge ideal for a family. The ground floor has a spacious, airy lounge, which enjoys views over the Cree towards the Galloway Hills.
Downstairs there is a dining room/kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is another twin room and a double room and a second toilet/shower room.

This spacious two-storey Lodge has an entrance hall with steps down to a large lounge/dining area with fitted kitchen.
The picture windows in the lounge look out across the River Cree to the Galloway Hills beyond. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one single and a bathroom with shower. (An additional Z-bed can be added)
This smaller Lodge has an open plan downstairs incorporating a lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen.
The bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with shower. Upstairs is a double bedroom and small twin room.
Very small living area but sleeps four in two decent sized rooms (One double and one twin although can accommodate an extra Z-bed).
Shower and toilet (no bath). Not the best views compared to other lodges but still has all the same self-catering facilities and is ideal for short breaks at a decent price of only £50 for the lodge per night (based on 4 sharing) during the summer period. Ideal for Mountain Bikers as New 7Stanes trails are quite close in the Galloway Forest Park
- The office hosts an extensive DVD library and board games and books which guests are free to use.
- There is ample parking available.
- Guests are free to wander around the 15 acres of farm land.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement but dogs must be kept on a lead.
- All lodges are no-smoking.
